Project Manager – high rise in KL

Project Pipeline Includes: - High Rise

Our client is an established well-known developer cum main con.

As a Project Manager Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Responsible for managing the project assigned, task involve to plan, direct, organize, monitor and control the execution of the project within the time frame, cost, quality standards and budget.
  • To lead site activities in the execution of construction works, job quality, field supervision and loss prevention.
  • To lead Site management team, Coordinate and liaise with relevant Consultants, Subcontractors, Nominated Subcontractors and Authorities.
  • To lead, organize and attend various meeting inclusive CCM, Technical or Coordination meeting inclusive resolve matter.
  • To lead, organize and attend to all the Direct Subcontractor or any award Nominated Subcontractor works problematic or technical issue at site.
  • To plan and review the Sub-contracting work including mobilization plans, manpower and resources adequacy for the project.
  • To attend tender interview and award packaging work to Subcontractor and ensure within budgeting cost and comparison of tender price.
  • To lead Site QS department at project for variation order, submission claim and any other work involved.
  • To prepare monthly budget of Subcontractor claim and control of cash flow.
  • To report construction progress and any factors adversely affecting the project to Director.
  • To verify and conducting inspection of site progress works are planned and implementation to maintain productivity and well monitoring.
  • To implement and emphasize of Safety and Health rules and regulations and policies guidelines.
  • To arrange for proper final project handover to the Clients and inclusive making good all defective work, meet the standard satisfaction of Client and concerned relevant Authorities inspection.

skills & experience required

  • Has at least 10 years of related experience;
  • Good communication skills and good working attitude;
  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from accredited college/university in Civil Engineering Construction Management.
  • Interpersonal skill and knowledge of AutoCAD Software
  • Has a strong understanding of building concepts, codes, regulations, laws and best practices;
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Is familiar with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
