  • Perform manual & automated testing
  • Simulate different testing scenarios, reproduce issues & detect bugs
  • Log testing results & defects
  • Write test cases from product requirements & specifications
  • Work closely with the Developer team on the delivery of product features
  • Work closely with the Product team on the delivery of product requirements
  • Collect quality data
  • Identify key KPI for all the product quality
  • Providing technical analysis report & metrics to upper management
  • Prepare & present reports & metrics to upper management
  • Monitor clients' inquiries, complaints & supervise QA activities

requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience and Diploma/Bachelor of degree in relevant field.
  • Comfortable working with Linux/Unix commands
  • Able to perform both manual & automated testing
  • Able to analyze testing results & log down bugs
  • CICD/Pipeline experience
  • Knowledge in AWS (DynamoDB, Cognito, AppSync, S3)
  • Knowledge in NodeJs/Javascript/ReactNative/React is a plus
  • Knowledge in automated software Mocha/Chai/Jest/Appium/Selenium is a plus
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
