Our banking and financial services team is currently looking for experienced recruiters to join us to expand our desks in banking ops, front office and banking tech. With established client base and strategic relationship built over the years, our banking team has experienced success within the market and aim to be a market leader in the recruitment industry.


about the job

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing mid to senior level placements in banking and financial services sector partnering with multinational and local banks as well as financial services firms.

You will achieve personal targets through developing and managing a defined candidate database in the risk management and operation services space

main accountabilities

  • formulate a client and candidate desk strategy, together with the manager, to support the achievement of personal sales targets through successful placements
  • manage a portfolio of client relationships through regular calls and meetings to understand recruitment needs
  • understand hiring challenges and share market intelligence on talent pool
  • conduct a range of sourcing activities, such as job boards, network and candidate’s referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet current and future demands
  • candidate management and client’s liaison through interview and offer process by communication of details and information as well as salary negotiation
  • share market advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, onboarding requirements to ensure smooth onboarding

  • A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience will be ideal
