About our role

As a Consultant at Randstad Malaysia you learn your clients' requirements to gain a detailed understanding of their specific needs and build a strong, ongoing relationship. You get to know your candidates, sell the best match back to the client, and manage your talent pool by staying in regular contact and keeping your network strong. This is a fast paced role in a high performance team working towards individual KPI’s and sales targets.

Duties

  • To achieve personal delivery target through:
  • Developing and managing a defined candidate base of senior office support professionals
  • Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services to clients
  • Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
  • End to end recruitment
  • Client acquisition and management
  • Organising work, administration and reporting

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in recruitment/sales OR relevant industry experience
  • Cold calling skills preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced business
  • Previous experience in client/senior stakeholder management
  • Mature minded with accountability for your own work
  • Possess commercial drive
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and one other Asian language
  • Ability to understand and learn software packages quickly
