  • Responsible for business development and account servicing. Deliver high-quality permanent placements within the accounting & finance job functions.
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organising interviews, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.


about the manager/team
Reporting to the Associate Director, I am a hands-on person who is passionate about impacting lives. The team is made up of 6 people, we enjoy what we do every day. We are noisy, fun, sometimes argumentative, love good food, and supportive! Come and join us!

skills & experience required

  • Malaysian citizen with a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in software/solution sales or agency recruitment.
  • Passionate for achieving consistent results and exceeding expectations.
  • Driven, competitive and resilient.
  • Extremely organised and capable of managing a very busy diary.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
