about the job

Reporting into the country director, you will be responsible for sourcing and building a talent pipeline for our Malaysia operation. You will be executing and ensuring recruitment undertaken is in line with our internal processes. Promoting our Employee Value Proposition “Human Forward’ internally and externally to fit with the talent management plan.

main accountabilities

  • Find and attract talent for Randstad Malaysia aligned to our competency profiles in order to develop ready talent communities and reduced time to fill.
  • Maintain relationship with candidates through a regular contact clce, including past, current and future talents.
  • working in partnership with the business, especially key stakeholders in providing an outstanding internal talent acquisition service that is customer focused and drives improved organisational performance.
  • Consistently develop and improve the Randstad Employer Brand by partnering with marketing and the wider HR team

skills and experience required

  • University degree or higher education discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience will be ideal
