We have recently created a new internal HR Shared Service team supporting the SEA business. This role is responsible for supporting a team of 2 administrators delivering hr administration and duties that work in partnership with the HR Business Partners and Operational Directors to provide an outstanding HR service that is customer focused and drives improved organisational performance.

The key possibilities include day to day responsibility for directing, coaching and advising the HR administrators in the HR Shared services team. Collation & generation of all Employee Lifecycle documentation. Creation and maintenance of PFiles & Leave Systems. Third Party liaison with HR vendors. Liaison with Payroll. HR Report Generation.

The ideal candidate will bring with them:

  • 5+ years in HR administration and/or payroll
  • Previous experience supervising staff
  • Sound attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A customer centric approach to problem solving
  • A professional, confidential and reliable work ethic
