We're working with multiple clients within the construction industry to look for BIM Managers. Our clients include both consultancies and contractors that works on projects for a various types of projects including data centres, indsutrial facilities, high rises, residential and commercial.
about the job
- Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) while establishing standardized workflows and modeling protocols to ensure project compliance.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage the integration of complex models across various disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Perform clash detection and technical reviews using industry-standard software to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to align digital deliverables with project timelines and technical specifications.
- Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) and manage the production of as-built models, ensuring accurate asset tagging and metadata for facility management handover.
requirements
- Candidates with at least 5-10 years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects are eligible to apply
- BIM Coordinators that are seeking career progression and opportunities to take up the BIM Manager position are encouraged to apply
- Willing to travel frequently
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad
- Able to perform independently with minimal supervision
