Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and corporate strategy. Ensure that the product roadmap remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, ensuring the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to grow effectively.
- Product & Tech Advocacy: Serve as the "Technical North Star." While you won't be writing code daily, you must understand the architectural implications of business decisions and bridge the gap between engineering and sales.
- Financial Stewardship: Drive the company’s financial performance. Manage budgets, capital allocation.
- Market Positioning: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. Build strong relationships with key partners, enterprise clients, and the broader tech community.
- Culture & Talent: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top-tier engineering and business talent.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Executive Experience: 10+ years in executive leadership (CEO, COO, CTO, or SVP) within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated ability to engage in deep-dive technical discussions and evaluate the business impact of emerging technologies.
- Fundraising Track Record: Proven success in raising venture capital or managing complex private equity relationships.
