About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners and Operational Directors to deliver outstanding, customer-focused HR services that drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, probation, job movements, and offboarding.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee master data in our HRIS and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, personal files).
Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via our generic mailbox.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Act and statutory regulations, including visa/work pass applications and monthly statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).

What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations.
Highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills.
