About the Job
...Leadership & Strategy: Guide and drive discussions, support decision-making in processes and solutions, and mentor in discussions.
Quality Engineering: Oversee and deliver the Design, Execution & Maintenance of end-to-end manual/automated tests based on User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for both UI/API and guide team members effectively.
Process Improvement: Develop and advocate for new best practices and optimizing existing processes.
Documentation: Take ownership of documentation for assigned areas, ensuring completeness, consistency, and clarity.
Compliance: Champion compliance and standards, drive adherence, and resolve issues.
Collaboration: Drive and support team collaboration by coordinating efforts and fostering strong team dynamics.
Alignment: Work closely with respective leads to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on-experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
5+ years of experience in programming and scripting like Python/SQL/Java/JavaScript.
5+ years of proven experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub.
5+ years of experience in Agile frameworks with a solid understanding in Scrum.
