Key Responsibilities
- Full-Set & Month-End Close: Own the month-end close activities for assigned regional entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules. Ensure strict compliance with IFRS / US GAAP reporting requirements and internal accounting policies.
- Multi-Entity Operations: Support complex multi-entity and multi-currency accounting activities across different countries.
- Audit & Tax Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries across various jurisdictions to support corporate tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Systems & Projects: Maintain accounting accuracy and reporting integrity within SAP S/4HANA. Support ad hoc finance projects, system enhancements, and regional finance initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Education & Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance, professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent) would be a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid exposure to IFRS and/or US GAAP environments.
- Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience using ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA highly preferred.
- Advantageous Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Multi-country accounting or regional finance exposure, with experience coordinating with overseas stakeholders.
