Are you passionate about turning AI concepts into operational reality? We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Evangelist to join on a 2-year contract, with a clear career pathway toward converting into a permanent, customer-facing AI Engineer role.
In this dual-capability position, you will act as the core catalyst for internal AI transformation. You will bridge the gap between business leaders and emerging AI architectures (AI Agents, RAG systems, LLMs, and Chatbots) across key business units like Finance, HR, Marketing, and Procurement. Your mission? Drive internal AI utilization from 30% to a game-changing 70% over the next two years.

About the Team
You will join the Internal Processes department, working side-by-side with experienced Systems Analysts handling core enterprise software. For complex, large-scale AI engineering, you will collaborate closely with the Head of AI and the external-facing AI Engineering Team. This unit operates with an agile, innovation-first mindset—serving as the internal incubator for AI excellence before taking solutions to external clients.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and technical execution within Data & AI domains.
- Proven track record of prototyping, building, or deploying light-to-medium complexity AI solutions (e.g., custom GPTs, RAG pipelines, chatbots, or automated workflows).
- Strong presentation, training, and change management skills with the confidence to influence non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating alongside software/systems analysts and engineering leads.
Key Skills Required
Technical Capabilities (AI Engineer)
- AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, and custom Chatbots.
- Prototyping & Development: Ability to independently build and deploy light-to-medium complexity AI prototypes and integrations.
- System Integration: Understanding of how traditional enterprise IT systems interface with modern AI architectures.
Functional & Advisory Capabilities (AI Consultant & Trainer)
- Business Process Mapping: Ability to audit end-to-end workflows in Finance, HR, Marketing, and Procurement to uncover bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to run workshops, gather user requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Enablement & Adoption: Skill in designing engaging training sessions to upskill teams, boost daily AI tool adoption, and track performance KPIs/metrics.
