About the Job
This pivotal role serves as the essential technical link between the sales pipeline and project execution. You will be responsible for defining, proposing, and architecting end-to-end technical solutions for complex Data Center requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring product viability, system integration, and generating precise commercial proposals that secure major projects and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical consultant, translating complex client requirements into integrated infrastructure solutions
- Provide expert pre-sales technical support and product recommendations for UPS, Busway, PDU, and related systems
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) proposals
- Design and customize Data Center solutions, including containment systems and cable management, tailored to specific project demands
- Ensure seamless product compatibility and technical integration by coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead and conduct professional customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure design, pre-sales support, or technical solution development
- Demonstrable expertise in critical power systems, including UPS, Busway, and PDU technologies
- Proven technical knowledge of Data Center cooling concepts, containment solutions, and rack/cable management
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or Visio is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
