about the company
My client is one of Singapore’s most established, award-winning building construction groups. They’ve been shaping the SG skyline for over 50 years—handling everything from massive public housing landmarks to major private sector developments.
They are massive players in the industry, but what I love about them is their culture. They don't treat you like a cog in a machine; they have a very close-knit, supportive environment. They are heavily invested in advanced digital tech (hence why they need your BIM skills!) and they genuinely love grooming early-career talent.

about the job
As an Architecture Coordinator, you will be the bridge that brings architectural blueprints to life on-site. You won't just be stuck behind a desk; you'll be right where the action happens, making sure everything is built flawlessly.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
Coordinating site works and shop drawings across different engineering and construction teams.
Handling architectural materials, sample boards, and submittals for consultant reviews.
Using your BIM/Revit knowledge to check for modeling clashes and keep progress on schedule.
Liaising directly with sub-contractors and suppliers to keep the project moving smoothly.
Assisting with quality control inspections to ensure top-tier finishings with minimal defects.
about the manager/team
I've checked out the team you'll be joining, and they are fantastic. The project managers and senior leads here don't just supervise—they actually mentor.
The team culture is heavily focused on positivity, open communication, and mutual support (no toxic office politics or aggressive finger-pointing here). Because site work can be intense, the management goes out of their way to look out for their team's well-being. If you are a fresh grad, this is exactly the kind of encouraging, fair team you want to start your career with!
