- Proactively pitch to potential F&B operators, local hawkers and trending brands to fill stalls across the food courts in Klang Valley.
- Plan a balanced menu and vendor mix to avoid cuisine overlap, boost foot traffic, and maximize overall sales.
- Lead deal terms (base rent, turnover rent, lease period) and execute lease agreements to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end leasing operations, including new tenancies, lease renewals, tenant exits, and rent reviews.
- Partner with internal ops and design teams to support tenant fit-outs, technical setup (exhaust, utilities, licensing), and opening timeline.
- Build strong networks with F&B operators, manage leasing budgets, analyze tenant sales performance, and track market rental trends and competitor activity.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in leasing, business development or B2B sales within the F&B sector
- Strong understanding of retail or F&B operations, combined with commercial acumen
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Hands-on, independent, and self-directed; takes initiative without waiting for instructions
