As an Assistant Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations and process engineering initiatives to ensure optimum productivity and output quality.
- Drive cost-effective manufacturing operations across production and process engineering functions.
- Lead executive and operative team members while supervising vendor and subcontractor activities on site.
- Implement quality tools and continuous improvement frameworks to elevate operational productivity.
- Maintain oversight of consigned components, equipment, and tooling to guarantee production readiness.
- Partner with the quality lead to coordinate and fulfill ISO9001 compliance standards.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership in batch assembly and process engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of quality and productivity improvement methodologies.
- Background within the semiconductor industry serves as an advantage.
- Strong professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
