Detailed Job Description
About the Company
Our client is a highly prestigious, independent private wealth and multi-family office advisory group with a regional presence across Asia's key financial hubs. Established for over two decades, the firm specializes in providing highly sophisticated, conflict-free consulting services to top-tier business dynasties and ultra-high-net-worth families. They act as a trusted institutional partner, optimizing complex cross-border wealth structures, asset protection, and legacy transitions.
About the Job
This is a rare, accelerated career opportunity for a meticulous financial or legal professional to step onto the buy-side of elite private wealth management as an Associate Consultant. Instead of standard, target-driven product sales, you will be deeply trained in complex corporate structuring and family governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities include:
Conducting targeted research and fact-finding interviews to draft tailored client blueprints and advisory scope presentations.
Managing the full client onboarding lifecycle, including compliance setup, client due diligence (CDD/KYC), and engagement milestone tracking.
Assisting in compiling detailed asset valuations and net worth spreadsheets to formulate robust estate structural plans.
Supporting the drafting, review, and optimization of critical legal documentation such as Family Constitutions, Deeds of Family Arrangements, trust agreements, and shareholder term sheets.
Coordinating and facilitating high-level client meetings, taking minutes, and managing deliverables with external tax specialists and corporate secretarial teams.
Supporting the administrative coordination of advanced value-add services, including Family Councils, Investment Committees, and capital statement preparations.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in tax advisory, private banking operations, trust structures, or legal secretarial functions is preferred; high-caliber fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required as you will directly manage relationships, conduct interviews, and review documentation for our primary North Asian/Chinese-speaking client demographic.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an exceptional eye for detail, structural organization, and administrative rigor.
About the Manager/Team
You will be working directly alongside seasoned Principal Consultants and senior financial strategists who operate at the absolute peak of the wealth management industry. The team culture is highly coorporative, professional, and intellectually stimulating. This role is a prime training ground for an ambitious junior looking to build an unshakeable network among regional business elites and gain highly specialized skills in cross-border wealth preservation.
