Responsible for delivering private cloud products at customer locations across regions like Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Drafts deployment plans, conducts on-site testing and performance tuning, and manages full project delivery and customer acceptance.
Diagnoses complex software/hardware faults, performs server and storage replacements, and recovers cluster downtime in isolated internal network environments.
Provides on-site supervision for high-risk operations such as major platform upgrades, cluster expansions, data recovery, and disaster recovery drills.
Conducts technical training for client IT teams, creates operational manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborates with remote R&D teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of cloud computing and virtualization delivery experience, with at least 5 independent enterprise private cloud project deployments completed.
Essential VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certification.
Solid technical proficiency in Linux system administration, Shell and Python scripting, and Ceph distributed storage.
Working knowledge of disaster recovery technologies (Veeam, Commvault, NetApp) and basic configuration skills for mainstream switches and servers (Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Dell, HP).
Business fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Chinese.
