To support their continuous expansion, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join their team and manage end-to-end commercial and contract operations.
about the job
- Lead cross-disciplinary design coordination (Architectural, C&S, M&E, and Infrastructure/Utilities) between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to eliminate site clashes and ensure seamless execution.
- Liaise proactively with local authorities to manage statutory submissions, track progress, and secure timely planning and building approvals.
- Perform comprehensive technical and commercial tender evaluations, coordinating with tenderers and consultants to optimize outcomes.
- Oversee overall construction progress, ensuring works comply strictly with contract terms, Bill of Quantities (BQ), approved drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare, review, and track project budgets, cost estimations, and master schedules across all pre-construction and construction phase
skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in project coordination or site management are also welcome.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM/Revit software is an added advantage.
