In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee high-value building / infra tenders and project management operations across Malaysia and various international locations.
Lead the end-to-end bidding process for major building developments including value engineering and final cost accuracy.
Manage strategic market intelligence by engaging with developers, consultants, and authorities to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee project mobilization and the development of high-level procurement strategies for new project acquisitions.
Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss targets and schedule status, to ensure business objectives are met.
Direct claim management and dispute resolution processes to safeguard the commercial interests of the organisation.
skills and experience required.
Experience in estimation or commercial management for building projects with major contractors.
Extensive background in contract administration, including delay and quantum analysis and mastery of standard contract forms.
Proven ability to manage project mobilization, manpower allocation, and financial forecasting for large-scale construction works.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Flexibility to undertake overseas travel or long-term international assignments as required by business needs.
