We are partnering with a fast-growing organization within the semiconductor design services industry to identify a pioneering leader to establish and scale their Malaysia operations. This is a rare opportunity to take on a foundational leadership role and build the company’s presence within Malaysia’s growing semiconductor ecosystem.

Lead the setup, growth, and overall business operations in Malaysia
Drive market expansion and business development initiatives within the semiconductor ecosystem
Build strategic partnerships with semiconductor firms, ecosystem partners, and government stakeholders
Establish and grow a high-performing engineering and leadership team
Oversee operational excellence, delivery quality, and long-term business sustainability
Act as the key bridge between global leadership and local operations

about the requirement

15+ years of experience within semiconductor design, IC design services, or related industries
Proven leadership experience in a Country Head, GM, VP, or equivalent senior management role
Strong understanding of semiconductor/VLSI design environments such as:
- Analog/Mixed Signal
- RF
- Front-End Verification
- SoC Physical Design
Strong business acumen with experience scaling operations and driving growth
Existing network within the semiconductor ecosystem is highly advantageous
