Maintain, evolve, and safeguard AYA Real Food’s visual identity (typography, color palettes, tone, and style) across all touchpoints.
Design impactful promotional assets for product launches, key festive campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Raya, Year-End), and retail/distributor partners.
Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos, including recipe demonstrations, product features, behind-the-scenes content, and digital ads.
Manage the full post-production workflow: cutting, color grading, audio syncing, adding captions/subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics.
Deliver platform-optimized video exports tailored specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Integrate AI tools (image generation, automated captions, AI video/voice, background removal) into your workflow to accelerate ideation and output.
Stay updated on emerging AI creative technologies, championing tools that improve production efficiency and creative quality.
Balance AI efficiency with human creativity to ensure all outputs remain authentic to the brand.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will be considered).
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design, branding, and video editing capabilities.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of standard design suites and advanced proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
AI Tooling: Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar).
Social Media Savvy: A deep, current understanding of social media landscapes, algorithms, and content trends—particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Prior creative experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or grocery industries.
Practical skills in food styling and product photography.
Foundational skills in motion graphics and animation.
