The position is urgent and involves managing after-sales services, handling B2B/B2C communications , generating quotes, and coordinating technical team schedules.
Blended Operations: Serves as a mixed role balancing customer service and sales support. The focus is not on hard hunting, but rather on managing order quotations, syntax, and after-sales coordination.
Technical Coordination: Scheduling periodic and ad-hoc maintenance for a group of technicians. This requires firm communication skills to effectively manage technical staff across regions like Penang and Johor.
Client & Proposal Management: Preparing technical proposals, commercial quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for B2B and B2C channels across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
After-Sales & Warranty Support: Assisting customers with technical inquiries, warranty printing, and coordinating with support teams to resolve installation or commissioning issues.
- Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Systems: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or CRM platforms is preferred (training will be provided for SAP if needed).
