We are looking for a Mid & Senior Data Scientist focused on classical machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. In this role, you will bypass the hype and focus on building high-impact, robust predictive models that drive core business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Predictive Modeling: Build, evaluate, and deploy traditional ML models to solve complex business problems.
Statistical Analysis: Apply rigorous statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design) to validate insights.
Feature Engineering: Architect clean, scalable data pipelines and feature sets from large, complex datasets.
Collaboration: Translate business goals into structured analytical frameworks alongside cross-functional teams.
Core Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional data science experience delivering production-grade models.
Traditional ML: Deep expertise in classical algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forests, Linear/Logistic Regression, Time-Series forecasting).
Technical Stack: Advanced Python (Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
Methodology: Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and A/B testing.
Education: Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
Preferred Skills
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and basic MLOps workflows.
