we are currently recruiting for multiple procurement positions across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (Volume Manufacturing) tracks:

Senior Direct NPI Buyer (NPI Procurement & Program Execution)
Senior Direct Buyer (Mass Production & Supply Continuity)
Direct Buyer / Buyer II (Mass Production & Vendor Management)

about the job

NPI Material Execution: Manage material procurement and vendor execution to ensure component availability for new product introduction programs; coordinate directly with project and engineering teams on component execution and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
Mass Production Continuity: Oversee daily material purchasing and replenishment activities to maintain uninterrupted component supply and schedule adherence for volume production.
Vendor & Quality Management: Evaluate vendor quality and delivery metrics against corporate zero-defect and operational performance standards; resolve delivery, invoice, and material quality issues.
Sourcing & Cost Analysis: Review Requests for Quotes (RFQs), perform detailed cost analysis to secure standard component pricing, and negotiate with supply partners to hit target costs.
Inventory & Order Optimization: Evaluate requirement reports to drive procurement, adjust open orders, and partner with internal planning teams to maintain balanced inventory levels.

skills & experience required

- Senior Level (NPI / Mass Production): Minimum 6 to 8 years of purchasing or planning experience within a manufacturing or NPI environment.
- Mid-Level (Buyer II / Direct Buyer): Minimum 3 to 5 years of purchasing or planning experience in a manufacturing operations setting.
Domain Expertise: Practical experience handling PCBA or higher-level assembly material procurement.
Technical Skills: Functional proficiency operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and supply chain/material tracking applications.
Core Competencies: Applied background in vendor evaluation, cost analysis, inventory control, and material scheduling.
Education: Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Material Management, or a matching discipline.
