about the job
... - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery for civil infrastructure developments
- Oversee key construction stages including major earthworks, road works, site clearing, utilities, and civil infrastructure installations from setup to project completion
- Liaise closely with sub-contractors, consultants, site authorities, and key project stakeholders to ensure smooth operational alignment and compliance
- Lead ground level problem solving, monitor site progress against schedules, and enforce strict safety guidelines and quality specifications on-site

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

- Broad technical knowledge across civil works, site execution, resource deployment, and contractor supervision
- An ambitious, practical site problem solver with strong leadership skills and independent project management capabilities
- Open to candidates who are local Sarawakians / based in Sarawak
