Key Responsibilities
As the Finance Manager, you will lead the financial operations, reporting, and control functions across the Middle East:
Financial Governance: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and group standards.
Strategic Planning: Drive the annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and build robust financial models to support capex proposals and business cases.
Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor regional cash positions, manage banking relationships, optimize credit facilities, and manage working capital.
Tax & Compliance: Oversee compliance with regional GCC accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax.
Business Partnering: Act as a key strategic partner to commercial, operations, and procurement teams to guide pricing strategies and contract negotiations..
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this highly visible regional role, you should possess:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of progressive finance experience
Industry Expertise: Strong background within the Property Development and/or Construction sector is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: High analytical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English. (Arabic language skills are a bonus).
