Take full ownership of the annual group audit process, including planning, timelines, and information flow.
Serve as the primary custodian for all Malaysian and Johor-specific local regulatory requirements.
Project Finance & Treasury Management:
Collaborate with the head office team on capital calls and meticulously coordinate fund flows.
Handle monthly drawdowns and prepare periodic reporting on external borrowings.
Partner with project managers to maintain up-to-date project cost trackers, preparing detailed budgets and variance analysis.
Administer the Group’s bank accounts securely and efficiently.
Process Optimization & Operational Support:
Actively provide inputs to enhance the Group’s accounting software, finance processes, and internal controls.
Support the monthly payroll process and assist the team with comprehensive asset and portfolio-level reporting.
