• Direct end-to-end financial reporting, treasury operations, and corporate tax compliance

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives

• Manage key relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and financial institutions

• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve operational excellence

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

• Minimum of ten years of progressive finance experience with proven team management capabilities

• Solid foundation in group consolidation, tax compliance, and financial planning

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business requirements in a busy setting
