A fast-growing B2B SaaS technology company is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join its commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing enterprise sales professional who enjoys owning the complete sales cycle and closing complex consultative deals.
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing qualified opportunities through to successful closure, and helping organisations transform their operations through innovative cloud-based software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified opportunity through deal closure.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business objectives.
- Develop tailored solution proposals and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Apply consultative and value-based selling methodologies to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 3 years in a closing Account Executive (or equivalent) role.
- Proven success in consultative enterprise sales with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or business applications.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
- Strong client discovery, solution selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms for opportunity management and forecasting.
- Self-driven, highly organised, commercially minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to support a multilingual client base.
- Experience within the construction industry or construction technology sector will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
