The Mission
Application Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end integration of new applications into the SailPoint IIQ platform.
Platform Evolution: Execute enhancements, upgrades, patching, and automations to ensure top-tier system health.
DevOps Deployment: Eliminate manual interventions completely by leveraging modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Handle escalated application support and conduct thorough root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal application owners, operation teams, and architects to monitor security and continuous service improvements.
How You'll Succeed
Bring extensive engineering familiarity with core Identity and Access Management platforms.
Demonstrate expert-level technical knowledge of SailPoint IIQ 8.2 and above.
Show hands-on capability implementing Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) connectors.
Customize solutions comfortably using BeanShell Scripting, rules, LCM, workflows, forms, and custom reports.
Apply deep technical knowledge of REST, SOAP, and SCIM API methodologies.
Manage user lifecycle environments seamlessly while handling incident management processes.
