about the job
We are looking for a hands-on Information Security Operations Lead to take ownership of the effectiveness, configuration and continuous improvement of enterprise security controls across endpoint, identity, data, network, email and cloud environments.
This is a highly operational role where you will actively investigate security alerts, perform root cause analysis, support incident containment and remediation, and improve detection capabilities and security processes.
You will work directly with a broad security technology ecosystem, including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access, DLP, Code42, Sumo Logic, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Email Security, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, Cisco Umbrella and Aruba ClearPass.
You will also support network segmentation, email and DNS security, develop security runbooks and playbooks, and drive operational improvements across the organisation. Experience with Azure, AWS or OCI, as well as scripting using PowerShell or Python, will be advantageous.

You will join a collaborative and technically driven technology environment, working closely with infrastructure, endpoint, identity and other IT teams to embed security into real-world designs and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with security technologies while also taking ownership of operational maturity. Beyond managing security tools, you will help establish stronger processes, runbooks, playbooks and escalation paths, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of a more effective and scalable global security operation.
The successful candidate will be a strong technical communicator who can investigate issues, explain risks clearly and work effectively across technical teams to drive incidents and security improvements through to resolution.
