Job description:

Supporting the taskforce team in stabilizing supply chains in the electronics area by collecting data, performing basic analyses, and preparing decision-making inputs.
This role is intended for graduate students who can quickly take over operational support tasks. Responsibilities include data preparation (e.g. SAP, Excel), maintaining tracking lists, supporting reporting, and following up with suppliers.
The focus is on reliable execution, fast onboarding, and providing flexible capacity for data-driven and coordination tasks within the taskforce.

Min 1 year experience in procurement , with exposure with analysis
Data & ERP Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data preparation/tracking and hands-on familiarity with SAP.
Operational Execution: Capability to perform basic data analysis, maintain tracking lists, support reporting, and directly follow up with suppliers.
Fast Onboarding & Agility: Ability to quickly ramp up, deliver precise decision inputs, and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced taskforce environment.
