Maintain, troubleshoot, and upkeep all M&E systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure to ensure optimal working condition at all times.
Execute daily maintenance work orders, conduct routine facility checks, and submit completion reports to the superior.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, and fix technical breakdowns across electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and general M&E equipment.
Handle hands-on installation, repair, and replacement of electrical fittings, air conditioning components, plumbing hardware, and spare parts.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools.
Inspect and ensure all sanitary fittings, toilet accessories, ventilation equipment, and main utility systems function properly.
Attend to tenant requests and resolve maintenance complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide technical and logistical support for setting up promotional events and building activities.
Monitor contractors on-site to ensure work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality workmanship.
Advise supervisors on potential risks, operations, and safety matters regarding the electrical system.
Carry out additional operational and ad-hoc maintenance duties as assigned by management.

skills and experience required

Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing for retail malls or commercial properties.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Prior experience within a shopping mall environment is highly advantageous.
