As the Manufacturing Manager, you will function as a key business unit leader, reporting directly to senior management. You will have full operational accountability for end-to-end manufacturing processes, including multi-axis CNC machining, precision assembly, and operational performance within a highly regulated aerospace environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong people leadership, robust business acumen, and deep technical expertise in CNC precision engineering.
Manufacturing & Operations Leadership
Oversee and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations across CNC machining, fabrication, and aerospace assembly functions.
Drive the achievement of production targets aligned with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) metrics.
Develop and execute robust production plans to seamlessly meet client delivery schedules.
Monitor and report on operational KPIs, including OEE, productivity, cycle times, and scrap reduction.
CNC Machining & Aerospace Production
Provide strategic oversight for multi-axis CNC machining processes (milling and turning).
Ensure optimal tooling, fixturing, machining strategies, and process controls are deployed.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality teams to facilitate smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
Maintain strict compliance with aerospace engineering drawings, specifications, and international manufacturing standards.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
Champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen across the production floor.
Identify and execute cost-saving and efficiency-driven initiatives without compromising on quality or safety.
Utilize data-driven analysis to back operational decisions and long-term capacity planning.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and elevate a team of supervisors, engineers, planners, and machinists.
Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
Manage workforce planning, performance evaluations, and technical competency development.
Business & Financial Management
Manage manufacturing budgets, resource allocation, and operational cost controls.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in precision manufacturing, ideally within the aerospace, automotive, or high-precision engineering sectors.
Technical Competencies: * Deep hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, precision engineering, and production workflows.
Proficient in interpreting complex aerospace engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Familiarity with AS9100, aerospace quality management systems, or regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
