- Global Process Governance & Strategy: Own and standardize end-to-end global Manufacturing and Quality processes, including Production Execution, Work-in-Process (WIP) tracking, Bill of Materials (BOM) governance, and Work Definitions.
- Quality Management Architecture: Lead process standards for incoming supplier quality, in-process controls, final inspections, non-conformance management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), deviations, and regulatory/audit readiness.
- Digital Transformation & System Enablement: Lead functional blueprinting, master data strategy, baseline configuration, and validation for enterprise systems (ERP / MES) to replace manual, Excel-based workflows with scalable digital solutions.
- M&A & Scale Integration: Design global process templates that facilitate smooth integrations for organic business growth and future mergers/acquisitions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate globally across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless handoffs and align site-specific needs with global standards.
the experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Operations Management, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience within Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, Quality Management, or Process Excellence.
- System & Blueprinting Expertise: Proven track record in global business process optimization, standard enterprise system blueprinting (SAP, ERP, MES), and shop-floor digitalization.
- Regulated/Precision Environment: Direct experience in highly controlled, high-precision, or regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., Semiconductor Equipment, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, Precision Machinery).
- Leadership & Change Management: Strong ability to challenge the status quo, drive transformation, and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global environment without direct line authority.
- Mobility: Willingness to work on-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, with occasional domestic and international travel as required.
