Available Roles & Core Responsibilities
- Junior M&E Engineer (0–2 Years Experience)
- Supervise day-to-day site installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Verify site execution against approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily site logs, inspection requests (RFI), and track submittals.
- Assist senior team members with consultant site walk-throughs and testing.
- M&E Project Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)
- Manage daily M&E site progress, subcontractor scheduling, and quality control.
- Resolve site technical clashes and review shop drawings, Method Statements, and material submissions.
- Track project timelines, assess progress claims, and evaluate variation orders.
- Coordinate Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and compile final handover/O&M documentation.
- Senior M&E Project Engineer (5–8 Years Experience)
- Lead site engineering teams and oversee complex, multi-trade M&E system integration.
- Identify design conflicts, risks, and schedule delays early to execute mitigation plans.
- Act as the direct technical link between consultants, clients, and local authorities.
- Review site budgets, control project costs, and manage major trade packages.
- M&E Project Manager / MEP Manager (8+ Years Experience)
- Take full commercial, financial, and operational ownership of assigned M&E packages.
- Manage project budgets, procurement strategy, scope negotiations, and subcontractor awards.
- Drive high-level client relations, authority compliance, and executive project reporting.
- Oversee overall quality assurance, commissioning strategy, and successful project closeout.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
- Practical exposure handling site operations across residential, commercial, industrial, semiconductor, or data center projects.
- Hands-on familiarity with industry-standard drafting tools or building information modeling applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
