As the Senior Engineer / Associate / Associate Director (Mechanical), your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Technical Director to lead and manage complex mechanical design projects from concept through to successful delivery.
• Exercising independent engineering judgement to solve complex challenges and overseeing multidisciplinary coordination.
• Reviewing and approving design calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers to promote technical excellence and continuous team development.
• Supporting the Technical Director in strategic business development, process improvements, and driving innovation.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

skills/requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience for a Senior Engineer, or 10+ years for an Associate/Associate Director, with a strong track record in project management.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM); holding a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) status is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an advantage.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
