About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive New Business Support Executive to join our regional operations team. Reporting directly to the Singapore Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end pre-sales support and new business document verification across our Malaysia and Singapore markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Documentation: Assist with client onboarding by collecting necessary new business documentation, identity cards (IC), and medical reports.
- Form Preparation & Pre-Filling: Accurately pre-fill, prepare, and manage application packages prior to submission.
- QA/QC Verification: Perform thorough quality checks on all incoming applications to ensure documents are clear, complete, accurate, and signed.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Directly follow up with new business stakeholders and representatives to resolve missing, blurred, or incomplete documentation.
- Cross-Border Support: Collaborate daily with regional teams to ensure seamless operational workflows between Malaysia and Singapore.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of backend working experience, preferably as an Insurance Operations Executive, New Business Executive, or Claims Executive.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, with fluency in reading and writing Mandarin (required to review and handle business documentation).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent document verification skills (QA/QC) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Confident, professional, and clear in direct follow-ups and stakeholder management.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reporting to regional management.
