As the HVAC Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HVAC manufacturing and assembly process. You will drive process optimization, equipment performance, continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, quality compliance, and on-time delivery across all production lines.

• Process Management: Oversee the assembly and production of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split systems, or custom units). Ensure seamless workflows from engineering design through to production and testing, while developing and maintaining SOPs.
• Production Efficiency: Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to improve line balancing, optimize cycle times, and minimize downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Engineering & NPI Coordination: Partner with design and R&D teams to evaluate manufacturability, lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and pilot runs, and validate engineering revisions.
• Quality Control & Standards: Enforce strict adherence to ISO, AHRI, or internal quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for production defects.
• Equipment & Maintenance Optimization: Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventive schedules for machinery and HVAC testing rigs to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Cost & BOM Management: Optimize material usage to reduce waste, support BOM accuracy, and collaborate with procurement on supplier quality and cost-reduction projects.
• Team Leadership & Safety: Manage, mentor, and upskill production engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Enforce a strong Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) culture and ensure full compliance with factory safety standards.

• Experience: Proven track record in a leadership or process management role within HVAC manufacturing, assembly, or heavy industrial production environments.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units) and specialized testing rig operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis methodologies (CAPA).
• Quality Standards: Strong familiarity with ISO and AHRI standards.
• Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
