about the job
As a Procurement Executive, you will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect categories. Your role will focus on executing sourcing activities, maintaining supplier excellence, and supporting cost-optimisation initiatives to drive value for the business.
key responsibilities
Execute sourcing activities and conduct supplier negotiations for assigned indirect spend categories.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business requirements.
Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, monitoring performance and ensuring contract compliance.
Assist in market analysis and identify opportunities for cost-saving and process efficiency.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all activities comply with internal controls and audit standards.
skills and experience required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement (Generalist or specialised in IT, Marketing, Facilities, or CAPEX).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strategic sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
