• Production Planning: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing machine utilization and capacity. Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure material availability and manage priorities based on sales requirements.

• Resource Allocation & Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and operators. Plan manpower requirements, manage discipline, attendance, and drive employee engagement.

• Quality & Cost Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed established standards. Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain operations within budget.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

• Inventory & Maintenance Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.

• Reporting & Communication: Generate regular reports on production progress, quality metrics, and KPIs for senior management. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in production management, including supervisory and leadership roles.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methods. Familiarity with production and inventory management software.
