- A tertiary qualification in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, workflow optimization, and quality control systems.
