about the job
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead the end-to-end strategic development and master planning of major property development projects from inception through to delivery.
Oversee all operational phases of development including design management, budgeting, implementation, and handover across multiple divisions.
Appoint and manage external architectural and design consultants to build functional infrastructure plans and master layouts.
Coordinate layout submissions and build positive relationships with local authorities and technical service providers to secure planning permissions.
Direct construction tender administration and contract management processes while ensuring adherence to internal corporate governance guidelines.
Supervise quality control assessments and manage the final post-construction resolution of defect periods for property purchasers.
skills and experience required
Degree in Architecture, Civil engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 18 years of working experience in property development or township planning, with a proven track record in a senior leadership function. Proven leadership and experience working with developers.
- Strong market knowledge for the Johor market & West Malaysian market.
