based in the Prai Industrial Area, focusing specifically on industrial/factory construction. The primary objective is
simple: deliver the project within budget and timeframe while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of the civil project, ensuring it hits milestones on time and
within budget.
● Site & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors
seamlessly, and ensure standard compliance.
● Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between the site, the client, and management to
ensure project clarity and satisfaction.
Requirements
● Core Background: Solid foundation in Civil Engineering.
● Experience: Proven track record in industrial/factory construction projects.
● Added Advantage: Exposure to or experience involving M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works is highly preferred.
