about the job
Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of all CSA works to ensure alignment with project milestones, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Driving seamless coordination between civil/structural engineering, architectural finishes, and MEP services to prevent on-site clashes and delays.
Acting as a key liaison for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors; managing expectations and resolving technical or contractual issues effectively.
Proactively reviewing construction drawings, identifying structural or architectural discrepancies, and proposing practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Enforcing stringent quality control processes and site safety protocols to maintain the company’s zero-accident track record.
Monitoring site progress against the master schedule and providing regular, data-driven updates to the Project Director and senior management.
requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a strictly related field.
Minimum of 10–15 years of proven experience in building construction, specifically managing CSA packages for large-scale projects (e.g., data centres, industrial plants) in Malaysia.
Open to being based on-site in either Johor or the Klang Valley.
Strong leadership capability with a track record of successfully managing diverse subcontractor teams and site supervisors.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills under tight project timelines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD workflows is highly advantageous.
