- QMS & Audits: Maintain and audit the QMS to ensure strict compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001).
- Inspection & Testing: Oversee rigorous testing of incoming, in-process, and finished products against technical specs.
- Root Cause & CAPA: Lead non-conformance investigations and execute CAPA to eliminate quality issues.
- Process Improvement: Partner with production to optimize manufacturing workflows using data-driven insights (SPC, FMEA).
- Supplier & Customer Quality: Manage vendor performance and resolve customer quality inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Documentation & Training: Track key quality metrics, maintain precise records, and train teams on quality best practices.
about the experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (Aerospace/E&E/Semiconductor is a plus).
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate communication with key stakeholders.
