The Role
We are looking for dynamic, results-driven, and "hungry" individuals to join us as 360 Recruitment Consultants. This is an end-to-end sales and consulting role that combines business development (client side) with talent sourcing (candidate side).
This position is open to fresh graduates who possess a strong growth mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a high-performance commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Management
Identify and engage with potential clients across various industries to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and providing talent solutions to C-suite and HR leadership.
Negotiate terms of business, manage client expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of recruitment mandates.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Selection
Proactively source high-caliber professionals through diverse channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
3. Commercial Excellence
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets.
Develop deep domain expertise within a specific specialization (e.g., Finance, Tech, or Manufacturing).
Ensure all data and recruitment activities are accurately recorded within our global CRM/ATS systems.
What We Look For
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance preferred).
Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Fluent in English (both written and oral); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a significant advantage for stakeholder management.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
Adaptability: Highly adaptable to new technologies and changing market environments
