As the Regional Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will lead the strategic design, development, and flawless execution of comprehensive Compensation and Benefits (C&B) strategies across key SEA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Design & Implementation: Develop and oversee specialised compensation and benefits policies across the Southeast Asian business units.
Core Annual Initiatives: Spearhead complex end-to-end cycles including broad salary planning, annual bonus plan reviews, job levelling matrices, benefit program renewals, global mobility frameworks, and employee recognition initiatives.
Commercial Incentive Schemes: Manage, simulate, and optimise high-impact sales/field incentive and booster programs, working hand-in-hand with business heads to drive revenue growth.
Market Intelligence & Analytic: Harness advanced data tools to evaluate shifting regional talent compensation trends and perform structural pay benchmarks.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ongoing total rewards architectures comply strictly with localised labour practices, tax regulations, and internal equity frameworks across every country in the cluster.
